Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept PayPal and debit/credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Please note: Worldpay and PayPal take payment at the time of purchase. When payment information is taken over the telephone we take payment just before the order is shipped.
You can also pay us offline by cheque. Payment is required within 7 days of making the purchase.
Shipping And Handling Be Paws I Love You Pet Boutique uses Royal Mail for smaller orders. We also use a next-day courier for heavier items or orders of a higher value.
Our delivery charges are very straightforward and are outlined below:

Delivery Schedule We aim to ship all items within 7 days if all items are in stock. However most orders are received within 3 business days.
If some of your order is not is stock we will aim to dispatch these items within 14 days of your order. If, in the unlikely event, that we are not able to send your items within 30 days we will contact you.
We will deliver outside of the EU but will not accept responsibility for customs charges due from larger orders. Please check your countries import charges before ordering.
Unless we agree a longer time for delivery of your order with you, we will always deliver you goods within 30 days. If we are unable to fulfill your order within 30 days we will inform you immediately and if you are in agreement arrange another time for delivery of your order. If we cannot arrange another time for delivery we will gladly refund any money you may have paid and/or cancel the order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Be Paws I Love You Pet Boutique wants to ensure you are happy with your order.
If you receive a product that is different from the description given, damaged or faulty please contact us and we will happily replace the item or refund the cost. All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to Be Paws I Love You Pet Boutique within 7 days of the delivery of the order.
If you purchase an item that you do not wish to keep for any reason, Be Paws I Love You Pet Boutique will be happy to refund the purchase price excluding any postage and packing costs. You must send this item back in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packing in tact. Be Paws I Love You reserves the right not to refund if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition.
You may cancel your order in total without reason up to 24 hours after you receive the order.
If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size (or a refund if no appropriate size is available/exists excluding any postage and packing costs) but will ask for additional postage costs at the same rate as your original order.
